Rachel Chesters

Rachel joined the Growth Company in 2019 as Head of Business Marketing, before stepping up as Acting Director of Marketing and Communications in 2021.

Prior to joining the Group, Rachel worked independently as a marketing consultant, specialising in B2B content creation, working with global brands including RBS and NatWest. She started her working life on the Santander graduate scheme, before moving into product marketing in the technology/SaaS sector and later becoming Head of Marketing for AIM-listed cloud services provider Outsourcery.

Rachel graduated from the University of Manchester, holds a Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM) and was recently awarded Fellow status with the Institute of Data and Marketing (FIDM), with a specialism in advanced copywriting.

Rachel lives in South Manchester with her husband and two children.
